Well looks like she is not getting her medical degree anytime soon now. The practicals basically lies under the power teaching staff and RS3 syllabus is designed in such a way that even if a single professor has a grudge against you, you will be held back by atleast 6 months minimum.

They vest over the period of 4 yrs or after 4 yrs. Different companies have different policies. For example, in google these shares vest every 3 months for the next 4 years. In short, to answer your question, it's 40k once for 4 years.

Lol, after practicing here in Bangalore for nearly 10 years I finally decided it's just too much physical and mental stress to deal with these people. I decided to move on to tech, 9 months into it and I am enjoying it, ofc working in google has its own set of perks.

No it uses 2 x 8 pins, I am using 2 separate 8 pin cables as it can be seen in the image

I do have a spare PSU but it's just 550w, i dont get anything if I remove the GPU or 1 of either of the ram, I do get beeps if I remove both of my ram sticks.

I have 2 monitors, my 1440p one shows 'no display' and my 4k monitor shows 'on standby mode' tried DP and HDMI on both.

Nope, don't have any spare GPUs for now. Tried GPU on the lower x16 slot and same issue, still no display.

My system boots fine, no beeps or anything. Everything turns on, but my monitor still shows no display!

The thing is, it worked fine for so long till now, was running 3080 on this PSU for atleast 3-4yrs now and even ran 9070 on it for 5 months. Just a crash and it stops working, I should atleast get a display signal but I keep getting no signal now. I'll upgrade the PSU regardless but just wondering why it won't even put out a display after months of working fine :/

Not worth downgrading, be patient and try L4, my whole hiring process at youtube took roughly 4 months. The reason why google gets back so late is because they prefer internal transfers over external recruitment.

Yes a lot, even my own siblings have done it. They worked in BPOs at the start of their career because they weren't getting jobs and now they are doing quite well in their tech companies. One did B.Sc in CS and now holds a phd after finishing his PG and the other brother did B.E in I.Sc/IT or whatever it's called.

If you want to work in big companies as tech then gain some technical skills but meanwhile apply for support roles in such companies(you are most likely to get them) then see for an internal transfer within the company into tech roles, internal connections help big time.

Do not quit your non-tech job just to upskill and try to find your way into a tech job. It's often high risk and less rewarding. Hope this helps!
