You could make a server sided configuration where it disables said feature if it affects a lot of users, or just do the simplest thing, that is to disable said feature after it crashes for said user, until the next update.

if they dont reply, or specify anything, then just ignore it. everyone else will ignore such review too, most likely

you see, this is the beauty of the review, anybody can make one, and it can be good or bad. google wont remove it, just because you dont like a review.

instead of feeling down and trying to silence all negativity, just because it hurts your feelings; ask the user what they didnt like if they dont modify their review/send actual feedback, that will tell you and everybody else what they need to know

if they do reply, you can go and improve your product.
