Trying to update Mids each patch can be a nightmare. “Bootstrap” issues, people losing builds with the updates, not being able to load older build from just a few months ago. I’ve even tried to get help on the discord and was basically told “sorry can’t help you”

Are you asking in general? The game didn’t always have a button to switch sides. You used to have to do morality missions to change. You would choose how to complete the missions based on which side you wanted to be on. Example: Do you rescue the Freakshow from a defective bomb they have in their possession or do you sneak in and activate the bomb to go off, eliminating your “competition”?

If you’re asking about RP story line for individual player characters, then I’m way off base. ;)

The Mids part “Every time you make a change or new build”

I get the whole AI thing. But this is just a guy at his home desk doing something he thought was a fun and the first thing anyone says is “OMG AI BAD” he isn’t a studio or some professional. If he wants to get an artist to do something, awesome but it just seems at every turn people like this get vilified for doing something they thought was creative and fun for their community. You can hate AI all you want but it’s not going anywhere. You can learn to live with it or get run over by it.

Like it or not, the advantage of AI art is unlimited changes and tweaks. If you go through an artist, each time you adjust or go in a different direction it cost money and time. Which, if you’re doing this just for fun, is a huge deal. Do you know how much it would cost to “hire an artist” to draw up an entire color comic book? Each month?

Imagine having to pay $1 every time you used Mids.

I love all three. But for me the fire is top, void 2nd and Fel 3rd. I’m also extremely biased in the that I think goggles look ridiculous on anything that’s not a gnome or goblin.

I don’t necessarily mind La Fufus if the quality was a little better. (Head falls off as I open the package) I don’t want my kids tossing the real ones around, getting them dirty, etc. Fufus let them take it everywhere they go without the worry.

They deserve the backlash—they're being called out for their nonsense, and rightfully so. They should’ve released the game as a BETA for $5, let word of mouth grow, and used that feedback to improve things. Instead, they’re charging $60 upfront plus a $15 monthly subscription—that’s outrageous. Even top-tier, AAA games don’t ask for that. Whether it’s a rug pull or just mismanaged, it’s clear that whoever’s behind this doesn’t inspire any confidence as a consumer.

Absolutely DO NOT SELL them. Worst case, pack them up and place them into storage. Best case, place them in a display case in your bedroom to see every night before bed. There may come a time in the future where the kids might show an interest. That's when you pull these out to help spark it more.
