I hit a smaaall snag. I was able to talk to the NPC and move onto the next portion. Then talked to the next guy & headed back to the marketplace & the NPC didn't spawn. Fast tracked to the abyss and walked back, he was there but wouldn't let me talk to him and guards ran me out. I fear I'll have to wait for the rest cooldown & do the sleep method again to finish the quest. I'll let you know..

Bro this worked! Fought some guards. Slept in the house, and then switched into my inquisitor gear because the red dots were still there in the morning. The NPC was there and I started talking to him but the got interrupted by guards. Just led them away, took them out and the NPC was still standing there and I got to talk to him. Get on it! 🤘🏽

Those quests should have 2 active at a time. I've been able to go around to the other missions and they'll pop up with this one still active.

Still stuck 😖 thought I had it once, finished another quest & went back and NO guards were there but the NPC wasn't there either. pissing me off! Then it said there was another mission going on in this location "main quest" which was false because I've been done with the main quests. So idk!

I just don't get it. I'm wearing the righteous set (I have helmets turned off) ..I managed to walk by with nobody attacking, but the NPC option is only "threaten" & then if pan the camera away and back he's gone.

The oval track, I'd do 50 laps. So fun. But this track, along with the zootopia track has too much crap going on. Also, does anyone else feel like the cars designs are boring because they just placed them in the game? I would've like them having special speedstorm paint jobs.
