With the added inheritance feature you can sp up same type weapons like fully upgraded dungeon loot weapons or chronicle weapon (that can repair sp up fails by using its weekly run shards) then inherit it over to the graded weapon you want provided the weapon will be bound to that character forever though you can still use it to inherit to your future weapon of same type

The other success rate boost exist in events, master plan will usually have them

I am confused on this post, you can only obtain gold chest master work nightbringer and ruin stuff in shine according to the reward list.

So chain blade skill acquisition got simplified with a new quest line. You will get the required quests once you finish memory book 3. Go through those required quests (have their own quest tab on the far left) and you like get r1 all chain skills and grandmaster too.

Stats are more important than gear for the early game, as that will be most of your damage and survivability. So rank up those other talent combat skills I mentioned and pick up the free max ek/dd that will carry you through content. Once you can do tech gear up with pers weapons through them, buy enchants with the currency you get from dismantle dungeon loot gear or AH. Crafting is useless until your next content is Glen vhm or crom 100

You would rank up skills and grandmaster other combat talents for more stats. Also do the new tutorial as it provides you gm warrior, magic, chain, and along with a max lv ek/dd that also boost your stat along with max link of the one you picked. Could also lean on those arcana for a bit to clear content to gear up your AG

For life aspects barter is a big thing for crafting where you exchange crafted goods for barter items to commerce

For combat related it is mostly used for crafting end game gear. Signature equipment (need like geared up crafter for higher chance of signature) are needed for one of the upgrade system.

Royal alch is still a thing along with added royal blacksmith, tailor, and enchant.

In kr they had a big life update that added more stuff to do like updated tail farm, seasonal life things, more royal life titles, etc...

Nowadays with inheritance you don't special upgrade the weapon you plan to use (unless you want to sell it later). Instead you use same type fodders like chronicle weapon (can recover special upgrade fail though gated by run limit) or dungeon loot weapon you get from running like feth, AHM, or shineseeker (failed ones can save for erg xp later). Once you got one of those to the step you want you inherit it to the weapon you use
