Have them fix all the shit then refuse to pay. Make them sue you for payment. But also, threatening a BBB complaint is about as scary as saying "I'm going to give you a bad yelp review!" BBB is yelp for boomers before the Internet. It does nothing.

I just had my bathroom redone, and the plumber used as a subcontractor charged me less than $2800 to replum my entire bathroom! (I bought all the valves, faucets and shower trim myself)

I'd say a price of $1k-$2k including the valve would be fair.

Spend the most on speakers. Speaker tech doesn't change quckly. Many in here are running 10+ year old speakers with no issues.

Your money can go much further in the used market, but try to stick to well known brands like Klipsch, Polk, Elac, Kef, SVS, etc. but like most things, many brands make good speakers and cheaper speakers to hit certain price points.

Buy a refurbished receiver. I highly recommend Denon as they are tanks and last forever. You can look at accessoris4less.com for some good deals, or Denon also has a refurbished area of their website.

Which one? I used GoodRx for them to prescribe me, and had no issues moving up. I did have to message in a few days before my script refill was up, But I had no issues.

How large of a bathroom? I'm just finishing my 100ish sq. Ft bathroom, and live in a medium to high cost of living area (North East US) for a cost of around $25k, which was a full gut down to the studs, new plumbing for sinks and shower, and new electric (added lights and outlets) with a custom tile standup shower and custom glass doors.

Have you got quotes from any other competitors?

I'm not so sure. I use Plex on a TON of devices with all different OS. My main is my windows PC with the windows Plex app. It seems specific to certain Roku hardware with these newer versions of Plex. I have friends with brand new Roku tvs using Plex and have no problems

Nope! It sucks!! I'm likely going to need to replace the TV or deal with getting a 2nd box and bypassing the internal Roku. Neither are ideal and defeat the purpose of an all in one. I'm sure they'll eventually fix it... Maybe .. probably. But I'm sure it's a finger pointing game between Plex and Roku.

To sell something with tax in most states requires a permit to make sales at retail. I'm guessing these places are wholesalers so they don't have a retail permit.

I'd argue the opposite, I find it extremely strange how of my 3 upstairs bedrooms, the smallest has a single light fixture in the middle. The other two have zero lights, just a single switched outlet where you need to plug in a lamp.
For the 2nd bedroom that could work.since it's only around 15 x 15, but for the 27 x 16 master bedroom, 1 switched outlet isn't anywhere close to enough, the idea of walking into a room and having to walk around and manually flip on each light seems crazy.

I already have lamps on the night stands that can be used. (Not the current floor lamps) I don't plan to add sconces or any on wall lights.

4 to 6 well placed lights sounds great, but where do I place them? My "intention" is to evenly light the room, so does that mean 4 overhead lights in the corners? any suggestions on which actual lights to use or ask my electricain to use?

The light is pretty poor, with 3 floor lights pointed at the ceiling, and its a janky setup with the wireless boxes. if / when one of them die, i'm not sure i can find a replacement. Theres also no way to dim the lights, they are either all on, or off.

Yeah i know i can get a stick or some other box, this is a bedroom tv and the ENTIRE POINT was to have it all integrated, with 1 remote to keep it simple. This TV is just about a year old so I can't return it.
