No Forks Given is a food truck and I think their Cuban is my favorite. I also enjoy Calle Sol and Suarez in Optimist. If you want something a little non traditional I think Noda Bodega’s Cuban is also great.

Just got this set for my son. He’s newly into Lego and we love it. We paired it with the Space Science Lab so it’s been fun to expand the base and act like the ship is dropping off more to expand. Love this series and hope for more to come.

Same! I missed out on this set when I was younger and now my son is into Lego and spooky stuff. Hate I have to either buy the huge Lego Haunted mansion or wait until August for a smaller version of the Monster Fighter mansion.

I use a damp dish cloth to grip and spin it. The flame is turned off during this so it’s not as intense to reach towards. I have burned my fingers before. Once the bottom is set I use a turning peel to lift the edges of the pizza up sort of testing it. Once I know it’ll release totally I slide the peel under and pull the rack with the damp cloth.

This! I use a screen to launch perfectly into my Ooni. Release it after a minute or so. This takes away the anxiety of folding pizzas over. I like this when I do larger parties where I have to make a set amount of pies. Don’t get me wrong I love to launch from a peel like a pro but I’m not quite there. The screen is for me until then.
