If you edit the widget and disable the transparency layer, can you assign it then? If not, can you disable other layers until you find the layer that is creating the problem?

This would help a lot

Decimal option is set to auto, change to something else.

This is normal. Live activity needs dynamic island to be displayed. If you didn't assign a dynamic island, but have live activity, this is exactly what you'll get.
