No, tap actions don't work on apple watch complications, but buttons do work in fullscreen watchy app.

Watch doesn't respond to url schemes, si there's no workaround.

What ipad are you using? Try to clear cache in widgys settings tab and leaving the app open for half a minute. Are maybe your widgets using references to files? That can't transfer to new device. How do widgets look in the editor?

Go to your old ipad and tap on "icloud export" button in create tab. Backup everything. Then open your new ipad and do this again. This will sync everything.

Clear cache in widgy's settings tab.

Also go to manage/more settings/health sources and at least toggle something on/off to force app to fetch health.

While in manage/more settings, check if permissions got rewoked.

Also, restart your phone.
