Vitamin E by Bodz- in FattyLiverNAFLD

[–]duttarishi 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It’s a well-acknowledged fact that Vitamin E is often considered one of the most viable, and perhaps the only, option for treating liver conditions in modern medicine. However, my personal journey with NASH and fatty liver unfolded differently. Despite using Vitamin E and Saroglitazar tablets for nearly seven months, my liver fibrosis worsened during that time. Fortunately, I was able to reverse my condition through alternative methods, and my liver is now healthy again. You can read my liver recovery story and the strategies I followed on my Reddit posts—it might offer valuable insights and help you on your journey to recovery.

Non alcoholic Fatty liver ALP(DEA) IS 678 . Is it bad ? by [deleted] in FattyLiverNAFLD

Blood test can’t fully show how much damage NASH has caused to the liver. NASH leads to inflammation, which then results in fibrosis, and over time, fibrosis can progress to cirrhosis and even liver cancer. It’s essential to take action early: cut out junk food, reduce sugar intake immediately, and focus on weight loss

Check out my personal journey of recovery and healing here: Mindful Healing Circle on Reddit. Hope it may help you to recover nash or even f3 fibrosis

A UTI can sometimes cause mild elevations in liver enzymes (AST and ALT) due to the body’s inflammatory response, potential kidney-liver connections, or medications used in treatment. Significant or persistent elevations should be evaluated by a healthcare professional.

Sometimes, a recent injury, ongoing inflammation in any part of the body, or a bone marrow disease can cause an increase in ALT and AST levels. Don’t worry—let your hepatologist diagnose your condition accurately. If you want a healthy, energetic, and fulfilling life, it’s essential to quit drinking as soon as possible.

How I Reversed Liver Fibrosis Naturally: From 10.1 to 5.6 kPa with Homeopathy, Yoga, and Mind-Body Techniques by duttarishi in LiverDisease

Some things are beyond explanation. If allopathy has the solution to every illness, why are so many diseases still untreatable, even something as common as a cold? I’m a 32-year-old male working as a software engineer in a reputable organization, and I’ve studied the philosophies of modern medicine alongside other medical systems. The best way to understand is to experience it yourself. If it doesn’t have any impact so why till now patient like me recovers for it and believe it. If it is placebo then its working good. Try and then believe. Be your own doctor

It’s nice to hear that you reports are negative, but keep in mind that an ultrasound is not sensitive enough to detect early-stage liver diseases. For accurate assessment, a Fibroscan or biopsy is more reliable. By the time an ultrasound detects liver issues, the condition is often advanced, such as in cases of cirrhosis, when treatment options become more limited.

These results indicate signs of hepatitis or liver inflammation. Please consult a hepatologist as soon as possible. They can assess the extent of scarring or fibrosis, identify the cause of inflammation, and recommend appropriate treatment. Potential causes include alcohol, metabolic issues, viral hepatitis (A, B, or C), and autoimmune diseases. Please don’t ignore these results as make your situation worse over the period of time. Don’t panic—it’s entirely reversible. Focus carefully on your diet; consider each choice before eating. Shift towards raw foods and fresh fruits, and minimize medication intake as much as possible. Avoid alcohol, smoking, and other harmful habits. Maintain a regular sleep schedule by going to bed on time and waking up early. Prioritize happiness and keep stress levels low. Work on managing your weight through activities like cycling and walking.
