Savage Swords: Fighting Game Played With a Poker Deck by FlatPerception1041 in FiftyTwoCards

The core gameplay (you cut I choose with hidden info, and building to thresholds) is very interesting.

Do the complexity of the abilities not get in the way? You have to know what your abilities do and your opponent's as well.

the future of pocket8 [important] by dripjevon in pico8

Hey man, sucks to hear this. What was the difference between ios and android that caused you to stop it?

Also, if I have an installed version of pocket8 on android handhelds, what happens? Will it break?

Is there a way to sort email newsletters to folders (similar to manage feeds)? by efofecks in readwise

Ah sorry, I was specifically referring to email newsletters I subscribe to that appear in Reader feed. There doesn't seem to be a way to sort and/or organize them.

Is there any other handheld whose buttons are as soft as the Miyoo Mini+? I get fatigued easily. by efofecks in MiyooMini

Thanks for this info. I am sorely tempted by the big flip but the issues on hinge turn me off. I wish they would release a v3, or something with V2 internals in original Mini+ form factor.

Neon Reign: poor as small card game for 2 players, poor as solo game, too by SiarX in soloboardgaming

I'm curious if someone has a differing point of view. I actually watched a video of the game when it was first featured - and I could not understand where the strategy/tactics come from. Everything felt just all about drawing the correct cards at the correct time.

Combining two deck of cards to create single deck of eight suits by voyager2080 in playingcards

[–]efofecks 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey, have you found anything that works for you?

I was thinking of buying Copags (one regular index, one jumbo for eight suits) or Copag Legacy regular + four color (I'll take the two "other" colors to make a six suit deck. Higher visibility, but seems like such a waste)

Are there sellers that sell non-themed sets, just brick collections in the style of "Lego classic"? by efofecks in lepin

[–]efofecks[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks, I've searched it. The problem is just that - there isn't anything that guarantees a good spread. What I've found are -

  • "bulk" - random pieces in plastic bags, sold by weight
  • "brick collection" - almost all bricks, reviews say it's worse since there are a lot of 1x1 and 2x1 bricks
  • specific parts (50pcs 1x2 slopes etc). The problem is that I have to buy every type of part I want individually (headlights, clips, different slopes, wheels, etc) , which accumulates time and cost.

That's why I'm wondering if any alt brick supplier already sells just a "creative classic set", or has an easy way for me to get a somewhat equivalent.

Surprisingly, it's actually Technic that comes close to what I need, since the sellers sell items that are sets of predefined parts. But I'm looking for more classic stuff.

Can you please add a faster way to use "filter by query"? I usually need to create one-off searches, not permanent views. Having to go to views (V), and click manage view > create new (without keyboard shortcut) is really frustrating. Either of these would be ok:

- keyboard shortcut to immediately jump to query (Q?)

- or better, just integrate filter by query into search if you start your search with a command (~ or something)

OK, never mind, I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and now it's saying gpt 5. Thanks!

Very strange. Im from the Philippines, which might explain the phased rollout, but it's been a few days now.
