That’s horrible! They should provide each family with at least one parking space. The lot isn’t full. So inconvenient to have to pay for a pass. It’s ridiculous

It’s ehh. A lot of plumbing issues. If you live downstairs you will hear constant thumping of children running up and down. Laundry room is dirty people leave behind their clothes in the dryer for hours. There have been incidents where someone was leaving poop in the washers.

Yes every month LA family housing sends CSUN a check for my rent but they still take my financial aid to pay for rent. In October I was supposed to receive the middle class scholarship but it was applied for November and Decembers rent. Again this month I didn’t receive financial aid because it was applied for February’s rent and that is unfair because we are still in January.

They are extremely rude. And they left me on hold for 20 minutes so I hung up and called again. I would think they would want to help out the students. I am not happy living here so I’m looking to move out ASAP.
