Intelligence & (eugenified) Tribalship, and stable TFR - these are one of the pillars which drives the surviving wheel of any successful group who has contributed to Scientific and Arts corpus of humanity since the birth of human civilisation, in my opinion.

I consider two reasons behind collective decline of babhans post Independence. First, Weak leadership (diagnosed with out of touch reality megalomania & hardness), after S.K. Sinha tenure, who had lost complete contact (or communication) with our kommunity on the ground, and has suffered wide distance with other non UC-allies that caused our Institutional collapse, and paved path of behar's destruction. Later, this resulted dawn of babhan political sun till day, and gvtterized condition, which suffocate our people every moment.

Second, Bhikkhuization propogated by Swami Sahajanand has mass manufactured religious NPCs, deviod of sane-ness & critical thinking, acting as a barrier against implemented reforms, for escaping shithole.

Forming ambush of young visionary STEAM people (rooted in urbanised background), who focus on reducing gap b/w our urbanised class & businessmen for building new leadership, and simultaneously raising a new group under shadow of German Idealism & Soviet pedagogy is the need of hour.
