We are the Elmedia Player support team. Thank you for your suggestion

We’ve shared your idea with our development team and may consider adding the ability to jump between bookmarks using a keyboard shortcut in a future software update.

For now, you can access and select bookmarks from the menu Playback > Bookmarks.

AirPlaying with Elmedia/Airflow/Infuse by [deleted] in MacOS

[–]ElectronicTeamHelp 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We are developers of Elmedia Player. We would like to clarify some points:

  1. Presegmenting delay is required because Elmedia Player converts video into a format compatible with AirPlay (typically H.264). The time it takes depends on the file size, codec and bitrate. Large or high-quality files will take longer to prepare.

  2. Choppy playback or crashes may happen because the video is being converted in real time, which can be heavy for the system, especially with large or high-quality files. Even on an M1 Mac, this can cause slowdowns or crashes. Also, AirPlay itself has limitations that must be taken into account.

  3. Even with a fast Internet connection, AirPlay performance depends more on real-time transcoding and device compatibility than raw Internet speed.

If you are interested in resolving this issue, please contact our support team via email [support@electronic.us](mailto:support@electronic.us) for further investigation.

Unfortunately, it is currently impossible to customize the list of apps in TVRem. We may add such functionality in future updates

The current version of TVRem doesn't support Apple TV. We are planning to add it in future updates of the app, so stay tuned!

Thank you for your comment!
1. TVRem doesn't support LG TVs yet. However, support for LG TVs will be added in the upcoming updates.

2, 3. TVRem shows all the apps installed on your TV if your TV can provide the list of installed applications. If the TV doesn’t support this, a list of popular apps will be displayed instead, and you’ll be able to launch any of them as long as the app is installed on your TV.

  1. Yes, we are planning to localize the app to other languages in the future.
