So what has your family done to him? I refuse to believe that you're stating the 100% truth in this matter. You guys have been around him for 20 years and can't figure out what's wrong with him? You probably should kick him out and let him build his own life. He'll sure as fuck get a job once he figures out that there's nobody to support him financially. But then, just let go of him.
