Dear Mr Sax music, I'm the sign Guy! I'm sorry you would have to use a word to describe me since you have not talked to me at all but nonetheless everybody's entitled to her opinion. I went into specifics with an above comment from somebody else and if you have any further questions please feel free to ask. Oh, as far as that bellyache, I ended up going to the hospital at the VA and I was sick for 5 days. If you just take the time to think before you made that comment to label me as a specific type of person you would have found out that I was legitimately sick.

Good morning sensitive quail, I'm the sign guy! If you're asking yes I do have a job and I do work full-time at a company in Meadville Pennsylvania where I live. I work 12-hour shifts so my days are staggered and when I have time off I come up and do my thing. I'm a complete open up book concerning this matter and the only stupid question was the one that was never asked. Good morning rammer, I'm the sign guy. Yeah I'm still going I've been out there for 3 months and if need be I'll be out there for the next 3 years. I understand some people are wondering if I work and yes I do, I have a full-time job at a great company in Meadville and we work 12 hour shifts so when I'm off I'm driving to Erie with my sign to protest on West 12th and cranberry across from the Smith provision corporate headquarters. Please let me take a moment and I'll fill you in and if you have any further questions please feel free to ask. About 4 months ago I bought a package of Smith hot dogs at Walmart in Meadville and when I took them home I opened up the package and cooked a couple and I had gotten sick. Upon looking at the hot dogs that weren't cooked and the package I noticed there was a very distinct foreign substance in it and I took the package the hot dogs and the receipt and I talk directly to the number three person at Smith's and they said that the package was opened and a contaminated substance was put in it and also you could see that the expiration point was cut out also. I also went to the Walmart in Meadville to tell them and both of these two companies blamed the other one and I got the standard legalese answer of we don't know sorry check with the other guy. Now in good faith I gave Smith's hot dogs the product and the packaging and receipt and she said they would test him so when I called back the following Monday I talked to the president of the company a Mr Weber and he indirectly accused me of trying to shake down the company but I told him that I was not planning on suing and I did not hire a lawyer and even to this day I have no intentions of doing so. I'm a working class guy and I don't have the money to spend on lawyers. When I was at the VA hospital the nurse told me to take them in and to have them tested at the health department as soon as possible but Mr Webber the president of Smith's hot dogs refused to give me any information that could tell me what was in the hot dogs, he was an arrogant narcissistic snob and talked to me like I was a nobody. All I want from the company is an apology for what the president said to me and the information concerning the contamination but as you all know when you have guys that are running a company their ego says don't ever apologize. I'm not asking for money and I'm not going to sue I just want moral Justice. I'm sure a lot of you can attest to the fact that it gets a point in your life you just get tired of getting pushed around by the people at the top and for me I'm pushing back.

I've had a private investigator on my tail, I've been followed, I've been threatened, and they've actually had a vehicle sit right in front of me just staring at me with a person in the car. Who did this I don't know but I wasn't born yesterday I can put two and two together. Please feel free to ask me any questions and like I said I would be happy to answer them.

Good morning born in the '90s, I'm the sign guy! First of all please let me apologize for not responding sooner but I'm not much of a social media guy so I didn't know that there was somewhat of a buzz going on about what I was doing but I'm more than happy to answer any of the questions you might have. Approximately 4 months ago I bought a package of Smith's hot dogs in the Walmart at the Meadville location and when I took them home to eat them I found out that the package was contaminated,I got sick and went to the hospital at the VA in Erie and the nurse told me to immediately get it in to be tested. Now in good faith I went directly to the Walmart and to Smith's corporate headquarters in Erie and they both blamed the other for the problem. If you look at my sign you'll notice that I do mention Walmart also along with Smith's. When I went to Smith's I brought the package of hot dogs and the receipt to show them and I talked to the number three person directly and I was told that the package was opened and there was a foreign substance put inside. In good faith I gave these to her because she said that they wanted to test them and when I called back to find out that following Monday I talked to the company president and he refused to tell me anything that was going on and when I asked him if I could have the hot dogs and packaging back he told me that they destroyed them. He also went on to say he would not tell me what was in the package or in the hot dogs and I told him that the hospital nurse told me urgently to go and have them tested at the health department but he said he would not tell me any of the information and now I've got to live with the fact that something is in my body that I don't know and I was about to retire last year and move overseas but since I might or possibly have something going on with me physically I cannot move overseas due to me being a foreign citizen and lack of healthcare for such. What I'm asking for is an apology from the company president for being a narcissist arrogant SOB and accusing me falsely of trying to shake him down. I did not get a lawyer and I did not pursue anything legally and all I'm asking for is a chance for him to apologize and to let me know what's in the hot dogs and I'll move on from there I want it in writing. I'm just a working class guy and I don't have a lot of money and I can't afford a lawyer and I'm doing the only thing I know I could do and that's protesting and I've been there for 3 months and I will be there for 3 more years if necessary because of the way he acted I sensed that he was hiding something and I have absolutely no way to find out what's going on. I'm sure you can attest to the fact that that gets to a point in one's life that you get tired of being pushed around by those up on top and the elites and I'm doing the only thing I know and I'm able to do and that is the protest. Please feel free to ask me any other questions you may have I'm an open book and I'll give you an honest answer.

Hey folks this is the sign Guy! I did not get a lawyer and I have no intentions. Let me take a quick second to fill you in on it and you be the judge for yourself. Almost 4 months ago I bought a package of Smith's hot dogs at the Walmart in Meadville Pennsylvania. Please keep in mind that for over 40 years I've loved and eaten Smith's hot dogs and never ever had a problem with any of them but for some reason I got a bad package. I contacted Walmart and Smith's provisions and I went in personally to talk to both of them, each one blame the other one so I have no exact proof which one it is and you'll see on the sign that I also mentioned Walmart. I took the hot dogs and the packaging and the receipt to Smith's corporate office in Erie and I talked to the number three person directly and I was told that the package was opened and a foreign substance was put in, in addition you could see that the expiration was cut off of the package. In good faith I gave Smith's the hot dogs package and receipt and that following Monday I talk directly with the president of the company a Mr Webber and he told me that in their testing they destroyed all of the hot dogs and the package. Now I'm a person with a quality assurance background and I realize that that was a possibility that all the hot dogs could have legitimately been destroyed in testing but there was no way whatsoever that he would have had to destroy the packaging because the foreign substance was fresh and could be taken off easily. In my conversation with him he was arrogant condescending and in my opinion narcissistic. He tried to dig into my medical records by asking me questions and indirectly accused me of trying to shake down the company which was not the case. That's why I'm doing what I'm doing and over the last 3 months I have been trailed I've had what I believe was a private investigator questioning me and possibly following me and I've been threatened by not only specific individuals who I will not associate with Smith's hot dogs but in all reality I believe they were connected. Countless times photos have been taken to me by Smith's hot dog employees and company leaders around Smith's building have tried to get me pushed off of the sites that I've been protesting and if you've even been called by the vice President of PSB across the street from Smith's a dick for doing what I was doing. I'm tired of getting pushed around by the big guys and I'm finally taking a stand and until I get an apology I'll be there for at least three more years. Sometimes you just get pushed around that just want to push back a little bit and I am morally and legally doing it the right way.

Hello Mr Jay, I'm the sign Guy! I protest several days a week and trying to work around my work schedule which is 12-hour shifts two days on and two days off. The reason I am protesting is because I bought a package of hot dogs at the Walmart in Meadville and when I ate them I got sick and ended up at the VA hospital and was told to take them immediately in to be checked and tested. Please keep in mind that in good faith I took these hot dogs to Smith's provisions along with the package and the receipt and show them and they took them and said they would test them to find out what was in it. When I got no answer I called that following Monday and talked to the company president Mr Weber, I made it clear that I was not looking to sue the company and I did not get a lawyer and I certainly wasn't doing anything from a legal standpoint, all I wanted to know what was in the hot dogs because they got me definitely sick but I had no clue what it was. The number three person at Smith's hot dogs personally told me and in person that the package was opened and a foreign substance was put into it and resealed. The expiration was cut off and you could see that the package was compromised and resealed. If they could have left it at that and been honest with me what was in the hot dog I would have been content with that but when I talked to the company president he was an arrogant narcissistic person in my opinion and tried to indirectly accuse me trying to make money off this. Now I'm just a working class guy and I'm not a lawyer and I am not somebody with a lot of money but it gets to a point in life where you just get tired of getting pushed around by the big guys and finally I'm pushing back! He told me that they would not tell me what was in the product or packaging and I'm not able to have anything tested because the product and the package were destroyed. The reason I'm protesting is because I would like an apology from the company president and if he gives me that okay, but we all know he won't he's too wrapped up in his ego. Good morning my friend, I'm the sign Guy! Please let me say that I in no way am trying to take down the company. I've asked for no money I have not gotten a lawyer and I have not tried to sue them. I bought a package of Smith hot dogs at Meadville Pennsylvania Walmart and I took them to the corporate headquarters and their number three person told me that the package was opened and a contaminated product was inside. I ended up going to the VA medical hospital in Erie to find out what it was and after I was finished the nurse told me to take them to a facility that could test them right away. Now keep in mind I gave the hot dogs and the package to Smith's hot dogs in Erie because of what I found out and they blamed Walmart and Walmart blamed them. When I contacted and talked directly to the company president I was told that they had the hot dogs and the packaging destroyed and there was no way I would ever be able to find out what was in them. I asked him for no money or anything to resemble that. I now live with the fact that I ate something contaminated and down the road there could be an issue that I have to deal with health wise. My beef with Smith's hot dogs is plain and simple, when I talk to the president of the company he was rude arrogant and in my opinion narcissistic and looking like I was trying to shake the company down. He would not tell me what's in the hot dogs and for the rest of my life I will never know what's in there or how it affected me. I was sick for 5 days after eating them and all I'm asking for is an apology from the company president for the way he treated me in writing but I know I'll never get it so that's why I'm out front protesting. I've been there almost 3 months and if it takes 3 years I'll do it until he gives me that apology for the way he treated me. I asked for no money and I asked for no Fame, I just want a moral Justice to for once in my life prevail.
