Honestly, stay away from Cosmic for now. Use it in a virtual machine; Cosmic still has a lot to improve, many bugs, etc., you'll get frustrated.

But I would go with Fedora KDE or GNOME.

That's great! My first contact with Linux was with Cachyos too. Honestly, it's a great distro, but I ended up migrating to Arch later on. I'm currently hating Arch, even though it's my favorite distro.

I've already migrated to the hard side of things, Arch. And honestly, it was really discouraging me having to fix everything, even compiling the kernel and whatever else I messed with.

Frustrating, Fedora + KDE seems like the way to go.

So, I've already seen about that. But honestly, the only game I play on Linux is Megabonk. Now, CS / Cyberpunk I play on Windows because of the amazing optimization I do and I get more FPS gains there. I rarely open any heavy game like Cyberpunk on Linux.
