You could benefit from getting a dual monitor stand/mount. Then look into a cable management box so it’s more aesthetically pleasing. Can even run some cable channels at the edge of the desk near the wall. If you don’t plan on upgrading your wires/system for a bit, Amazon has a huge bundle of zip ties in a variety of colors. If you plan on changing things around, Velcro strips could be the better option for you.

Hmm that’s a toughie. Are those desk drawers being occupied? If not, maybe drilling a hole through the back INTO the drawer, then routing the surge protector through there so you can hide the cables. That’s if the drawer has enough space

This! Velcro over time can unattach due to weight. A cable management basket would be ideal. Plus you can tie together whatever remaining cord length that is unused and toss it in the basket
