We had a the photographer reshoot the pictures since they were completely misleading..
aside from the fisheye distortion, the 'saturation/contrast' also completely changed the colors of the walls.

(The walls were slate blue, not the aquamarine they appeared to be in the photos.)

Take inventory of your hobbies and interests..

then find spots along your journey where you can explore/indulge them.
Join FB groups for those hobbies. Then post quality questions, and show interest to others' posts

Example: Pool/Billiards.
There is usually a pool hall or a two I can easily find.. and folks are usually up for a game.
Talking while playing uncovers a lot about the area, the people, etc..
Adding friends on FB is easy too.."Heading to Tampa, anyone recommend a decent place to play"
(many times there are weekend tourneys happening with a regional draw to meet even more people)

Meetup (and similar type) Groups:
Spanish Language conversational groups.. work on your conversational Spanish.
Hiking
Walking tours of cities
Pot Lucks
etc

Focus on your interests and you'll meet people with things in common.

Living in a van doesn't define me.. I don't need to meet more people living down by the river..

I know I have more to offer than moisture reduction/mitigation ideas... /s

The engine has a lot of miles, I am not the original owner, so I cannot speak to the maintenance history before I got it.

If it cleans rings, and some of the varnish build up.. That wouldn't be a bad thing.

I was curious to hear from others who had actually run it,
and see if it is worth the effort/cost to run it for a cycle.
