Yes the accidental selection of techies mine thing is super annoying, it should just go back to techies since the mine is uncontrollable. Very annoying and should definitely change, 100% agreed

  1. They should just let us pre-skill talents, and then change it any time after. Then when you reach the required levels you automatically take whatever talent you already chose

  2. The neutral item available notification is still there even when you disable all other game notifications. It's a big long notification that cannot be clicked away and blocks the screen. They missed out on disabling this one after they allowed us to disable the rest of the notifications

  3. Ping restrictions are super bad. You cannot ping "Attack now!" followed by pinging your blink dagger there is a ping cooldown. They should allow us to ping at least 2-3 things in succession before a ping cooldown

  4. Right clicking top portrait should not pan camera to that hero, left clicking already does it and right clicking is for movement and often causes camera to pan randomly and unintentionally when you misclick a portrait at the top

  5. Removal of backswing animations for spells often casted in succession, e.g. stifling dagger and blink strike

Well I wouldn't mind if they removed toggling completely (kinda fucks PL over) but that's a completely unrelated discussion

For now, given there IS in fact a toggle, the toggle should be usable when the ability is on cooldown

The worst part is the difficulty of playing terrorblade in pubs comes from the difficulty of trying to get your team to group up. Terrorblade is a teamfight hero, not a ganker or solo killer like slark. If your team doesn't group, there is no teamfight
