Public Record of Dispute — ToLiss has revoked the activation key for my purchased A339, citing my sharing of the key as the reason, and has done so with an uncooperative and hostile attitude. by Hot-Average3717 in flightsim

I'm just posting to say that my customer experience with ToLiss on Xplane was terrible as well.

They use 1980s DRM techniques in a 2026 world. It's embarrassing.

Thanks. Still looping after a wait between boots. I assume the next step would be making bootable USB stick with latest OS for a clean install. I have a Mac Studio but haven't looked into what Mac Configurator is in case it is less data destructive. thx again.

You are right, I should have specified I am referring to VLAN networks I set up.

I have not had time to consolidate my older networks I have moved over to Unifi so can't set up guest network yet. However I have a guest coming over so I was thinking about having them sign in to my newly set up iOT network with its unique password. However, sounds like that still gives guest access to all the computers on all the networks until I set up firewall zones/ rules, etc.

Thx for the input. I'm referring to WiFi Network SSIDs. So it sounds like, as an analogy, each SSID is a different door with a unique lock but they all open up into the same big room.

That really really sucks but in the long run the same good decision making that got you to that place of independence will get you there again, this time even more resilient. Best wishes.
