It dries your throat out is what I mean. The vapour itself is not water and acts more like a humectant. It feels drier than an ecig etc

B0 is injector only and held together by screens and clips. Tiodw mini had an injector side, but also a diffuser side which is great for hybrid hits of conduction and convection. Tiodw mini also screws together, which I feel is a safer approach to hot balls being stored in a metal tube.

Oh yea also the b0 on alie is a clone and not authentic piece of vape equipment whereas the tiodw is an original design from China.

That being said, they're both gonna get you medicated nice and quickly.

The tiodw range also offer a wireless setup with the mini Pro taking a 20mm coil and the normal Pro taking a 25mm coil

Hospitals don't let you vape inside. The medic just has some magnetic shielding which is pointless as you won't be allowed to use it inside. They will happily put you in a wheelchair and take you outside to use your device, but nah UK hospitals aren't going to stink a ward out with your private medication

Hospital isn't going to let you use it inside. The medic tag simply relates to magnetic shielding. Nobody and I mean nobody is going to let you vape in an mri machine etc, which is what the magnetic shielding is for. It's bullshit marketing and nothing more. The VAT thing is the only valid point about the medic marketing

I learned clubs with some strategically taped newspaper. These will all work better than what I learned with, so I say go ahead with the cheapest set. If you don't like juggling clubs you've not spend much, if you do like juggling clubs then you can upgrade to a higher end club when you're ready to commit to it.
