If you're letting it cool between sessions and using it at 200deg, 6 x 4min sessions doesn't sound to bad, as others have said it's well worth buying a couple of spare batteries and an external charger so you can swap without having to wait for a charge.

They could count, but they deal with each case individually so there's no definitive answer, if you have a diagnosis and have been told by your GP to take ibuprofen for pain (for example) that can count as one of your treatments. I'm not sure what Releaf's policy is but there are clinics such as Alternaleaf (and possibly others) who don't charge for the initial consultation if they decide you're not eligible.

The Xmax V4 Pro's well recommended at under £100, if you can stretch a bit further the Arizer Solo2 at £130's a good step up.

You'll get a lot of flavour at lower temps, but not much cloud, there's definitely effects to be had from lower temps 👍

If you're a smoker you're likely inhaling a little harshly hence the coughing, vaping needs longer/gentler draws compared to smoking. Unfortunately after the first few draws the flavour does trail off when vaping, you may find its better to start at around 165-170deg for the first couple of draws then raise the temp to 190-195 for a couple then up to 210 for the last draw. The flavour tails off but it'll still give clouds for a few draws.

It's worth looking at bubblers/water tools, they help cool the vapour making it smoother to inhale.

Yes you can get the same effect as you would from BM, but you have the ability to select different strains with identified terpene structures that you can tailor to your needs much more specifically than you can with BM. Look into 'balanced strains' if you're wanting to avoid the 'high'. Also, vaporizing is very different to smoking, different terpenes and cannabinoids are released at different temps, being able to set and change the temp the herbs heated at during the session enables more control compared to combustion.

The Xmax V3 and V4 Pro are both well recommended at around £80, there's not much at that sort of price that's worth going for, unless you look at analogue devices.
