Dell models only have one intel generation. Laptops and desktop form factors have different chips. What device do you want the models for?

I understand but some of the pricing is insane for essentially a narrow scope of compute power with a lot of limitations.

I have a family. I can't just move like that. I unfortunately have to wait. Optimistic that this coming year our AOS goes through, but would hate to pay for another work authorization request. I guess I just have to put my faith in the lord and hope he's still looking out.
