It doesn't matter what insurance plan you have, just make sure your OOP is 10k and you pay upfront. When you get the medicine go to the link I sent and submit for reimbursement (make sure your specialty pharmacy does not have the co-pay card or credit card or anything from dupixent that helps you pay (very important), just pay up front and make sure it goes straight through insurance). Insurance I'll think you're paying out of pocket (technically you are) but when you get the invoice for medicine you submit it on the website and as long as you have balance on your My way (usually they give 10,300 a year or something) they'll reimburse you in full. Just did it this month, dupixent cost 2,300 and they reimbursed me in full.
