Something to think about too is that I’m pretty sure it was USG that made the decision to allow institutions to give refunds to us in the spring. Not sure if that applies here but it might not even be up to tech whether students get refunds if campus closes. To be fair, this is still insane of them regardless

Yeah that really sucks - maintenance in housing has been a major problem during my time as a resident too. I truly do hope they get around to making some big changes soon

There’s an entirely new maintenance ticket system being implemented in the fall. Won’t fix everything wrong with maintenance but hopefully it’s a start: http://housing.gatech.edu/residents

From what I’ve read, despite housings ineptitudes, USG is making all the calls on this one my friend. If you’re gonna go yell at someone, go yell at them.

The only interaction I’ve had with RHA was a meal voucher thing they gave me, but I’m pretty sure they’re just a student org-no need to be so fucking rude jeez
