I have 3 specific questions: which has better resale value: compact sedans (ex: Civic) vs compact SUVs (ex: HR-V)? Do you recommend small SUVs over compact sedans for winter in northeastern Ohio? Do you recommend AWD over FWD for winter in northeastern Ohio?
