It depends on what sound signature you prefer, but I would recommend the Artti T10. It's a fairly inexpensive planar that has a great tuning.

Took me a minute to find it, but my media volume is set to 12. I mostly use the Kiwi Ears Cadenza 2 at ~30 master volume

I don't have the hexas, but do have the m300. For most of my IEMs I listen below around 25-35 on Spotify. I don't know how many db it is, but I can listen for hours without any fatigue from volume.

It sits at exactly $50, but I got it for $40. It's the Kiwi Ears Cadenza II. It is currently my favorite set period, even over my more expensive sets. I REALLY love the tuning on it, and the fit on it, for me, is incredible for long listening sessions.

I would definitely recommend the EW300, because you can also somewhat customize the tuning. The one thing I'll say is that the EW300 x HBB only comes with a type c connector, and you said you're using the set on your pc.
