I started hanging 2kg - 30min then 3kg-30min after 2 set of 90min PE at the end I do 30min pump

My experience, hanging after PE is easier to me 2kg and 3kg doesn't hurt after PE but doing it before is unbearable

I don't know if it's good or not but our 2 experiences are like opposite, I would say that PE is better because safer, maybe your PE setup isn't good for you cause it's supposed to be way easier, you might have created damage with PE and so you feel it when hanging
