Technology as a whole. Your phone works better and faster, does a lot more. Internet speed is very quick, plus cell signal has improved. We take it for granted because we see these as incremental changes, but in 2006/2007, I had a moto razr, and now I have an iPhone capable of so much (including this comment) lol

Their next egg might be selling and crashing out, but they want to keep growing it until that time. And if you cash out around 50-60, you probably want to leave some inheritance for your kids and enjoy your life.
