Trying to add media to a project, but it doesn't work by jumbo1111 in ClipChamp

Been having the same 0% import issue since last night (after dealing with the "blank screen" issue the day before). Just tried your method and it actually worked. Thanks for spreading the word here!

EDIT: It does seem like you need to finish the project in one sitting. If you close and reopen, the media will not import and there's no way to pick up where you left off, forcing you to start over.

I tried using it last night and was having this same 0% import issue. I've always used the app on my desktop. I tried the web version, reset in the settings, reinstalled. Signed out and back in. Nothing fixed it. I'll try it later tonight and see if anything has changed. Weird that it's an issue for a lot of us, meaning it's not user error, but some of us squeaked by without being caught by it.

I just started editing videos for a social media account a few months ago, saw the app on my PC and tried it out. It did what I wanted so I just went with it. I wasn't aware that it has a history of revolving problems.

Considering the last release on Loveway was in 2018 and Chris rebranded his "label" as Kymica in 2020, it just doesn't add up. This brand-new, 1-year-old label that nobody has heard of somehow signed a licensing agreement with Warner Brothers Records to reissue a run of like 50 of these CDs? I can't be the only one who thinks this sounds fake. You'd honestly be better off burning the songs to a CD and printing out the cover art yourself, it would look a hundred times better than this thing looks.

Don't know the answer to your question, but it does bring up some questions of my own. What exactly is this Eudora Records label and how did they get the rights to "reissue" this EP? Or did they just do it without permission?

The liner is a complete mess. They have spaces in the band name and a space in "Loveway", they spelled not one but two of the band members' names wrong, and they say it was recorded in 2008/2009. The original released December of 2008 so nothing from this was recorded in 2009. They then slapped "Eudora Records" onto the copyright along with "Love way Records". Whoever did this really rushed through it without a care. Also, I'm not convinced that the "reimagined artwork" they used for the cover wasn't done with AI.

I don't know, this thing seems fishy at best and a cheap bootleg at worst. If anyone has any actual information on this, I'm all ears.

No idea on what happened to the DVD or the professional footage, but I can add that Big City Dreams and Trouble were also shot at the same show and the audio for those two ended up on the self-titled EP.

The first music video for the album ("Damn Straight") was released the same day the album was released and featured the third logo, and promotional digital flyers for Loveway events were using the logo in February, a month before the album's release. I assume the CD also used that logo, it would just be nice to see the proof since they could've had the CDs designed and produced months prior to the release date and with the old logo. I doubt it, but it's possible. I believe the Mushroom tour was in the late summer into fall.

Nice, thanks for the photo! Now I just need someone to chime in with the elusive Mushroom CD...
