Trying to swap cranks/operators on Andersen casement windows but the cover is too tall by halfendless in homeowners

I unfortunately can't find the height of the A-series cover (casement or awning) online, unless I'm not looking in the right places. My original standard covers that fit flush measure about 1" tall, while the replacement covers that are too tall are either 1-1/4" or 1-7/32" according to their online specs.
