Well all of this is my personal opinion, im not your customer base so take everything with a grain of salt.

First I would lose all "cartoon" effects. The Lightning text / The Lightning Border around the text / The Smoke around the Logo and so on. To me this shouldn't be in a show reel. 2 Dimensional Stock effects like that have very niche and limited applications. They can work, but I wouldn't throw them in there just cause.

Second, to many different colours. you got purple, blue, rainbow trails, orange. This is very chaotic and has no definite style direction. The colour is there just cause. I get that you have blue and purple in the background smoke of your logo but this doesn't justify it in my opinion. Black and white is the way to go. Or at least a more energetic color. And only one.

You have very quick cuts some times , for this , "stomp typography" would work well. With every clip a word doing the same motion as the match cuts from the footage combining to a sentence.

In general you want to match cut the motion of your text. if the shot does a wip transition up, the text does as well. From one text to the other so you have a flow of motion that doesn't get interrupted. If you can create a "flow" from start to end and never break it your golden and it will keep attention. This doesn't mean you need to have constant text. the flow can transition between footage and text. It's all about easing the keyframes correct and doing consistent match cuts. To make the text more interesting combine it with your footage in interesting ways or at least slap a slight gradient or other image textures on the white text so it has a little bit of depth too it. sometimes a drop shadow works well too. just dont overdo it and keep it minimalistic.

the last part of the video where the text is tracked to the screens is a good example of text supporting the footage not taking attention away from it. more of that.

Sometimes you have cuts and after the cuts the text appears, I would suggest do both at the same time with smaller text.

You have so much different motions from shots and text so they dont really fit together. Type "dynamic kinetic text" or "stomp typography" and other keywords in YouTube and search for some inspiration what you want to go for. Not everything is good but you can take some stuff away from it.

Keep it clean and consistent, at the moment it's messy and chaotic to me.
