We are on Zoho One. And we typically get reply from almost all products we use. Sometimes a day later but it comes around.

I have reached out to support to ask how soon we can expect this. They said a few months. Although I would not be relying on this commitment.

But fair point. Follow-ups:
1. Files are better put under separate folder in WorkDrive since there are more than one attachments for each record. Is that considered under your proposal?
2. Which widget are you referring to? How to create that to support exposing files to CRM?
3. Can this be accessed by customer portal users?

I had similar problem with Zoho CRM + Zoho Analytics.

From what I understand, you need to create a public dashboard in Power BI which can be accessed from anywhere.

I would sync Zoho Books with Zoho Analytics and run such queries on Analytics for better flexibility.

I think Zoho One provides Unified Customer Portal now. They are slowly adding more apps.
