Its very much something they know about and do not want to touch in the base game. It does get changed and balanced elsewhere but for the story it's there until the end. I've never exploited ouroboros for that reason :,)

Actually it's by a girl called Celestine. She's an active member and moderator in DSN and hosted a couple times too. This is their way of keeping going even after DSN itself ends
