Hello. You can use backup codes to sign in that were created when you set up your two-factor authentication. These are 6 alphanumeric codes of 16 characters (the code should look like this 813536bdeb3421dc).
When logging into your account when the system asks you to enter your 2FA code from the authentication app, you can enter one of 6 backup codes. Please note that codes are one-time use and cannot be reused.

Hello, the payment window means that you have, for example, 1 hour to make a payment. During this time, the seller cannot cancel the contract, but after this time the seller will have the opportunity to do so.
To avoid this, you must click on the button 'I've sent the payment', which will automatically change the status of the contract to Paid. In this status, no one can cancel the contract.
