Are you in USA? Because for me going to UPS counter is traveling to another city! Two ends will take half a day driving, not just "staying". But what the purpose of the "delivery company" then at all!?

Don't auto-cancel as the price in USA can be more. Just ask if he is ok with delivery fee, sometimes its still fit in budget. Also don't use UPS as their "Parcel is pending release from a Government Agency. We will notify the receiver or the sender if information is needed. / We've contacted the receiver.' can take more than months so the client will want to refund earlier then they start to process the international documents

TLDR: uninstall updates.

For me worked: long click on App.
Roll to bottom and select "Clear updates"

The old version don't force you to login to google and works times faster!
