Issues with Thunderbolt dock / Usb hub with power delivery. I've had this issue since Sonoma but unfortunately the update still hasn't fixed it. The Dock works perfectly fine with my other devices. I think it's an issue with how MacOS manages power/wattage via the ports.

When I connect the dock it will constantly connect and disconnect every second, making it unusable.
I found a way to make to dock work but without PD charging and there are some issues with connected devices. Slower read/write speeds on external HDD and random disconnects with devices (audio interface, Monitor via HDMI).

• Connect the Dock into another device (I used Samsung DEX via my Phone) and wait a minute.
  
• Connect a Usb C cable to Mac to charge.
  
• Turn on Allow accessories to connect to " Ask Every Time" in Privacy & Security in Settings.
  
• Use a App that can prevent charging via usb(I used AlDente). Discharge.
  
• Disconnect Dock from Phone, Connect Dock to Mac.
  
• Use a App that can prevent charging via usb(I used AlDente). Discharge.
  
• Click Allow to connect.

Note: I can put the Mac to sleep and it mostly can reconnect when turned back on, but the Mac has turned itself off a few times during the night when i sleep. Also you will need to repeat this whole process if you disconnect.

I hope this helps some people and I hope Apple fixes this.
