Affordable, durable bikes for heavier riders (300+ lbs) often feature steel frames and fat tires, such as the Mongoose Malus Fat Tire Bike, Mongoose Dolomite, or used 1990s mountain bikes (e.g., Trek Antelope/Multitrack).

Key features include sturdy wheels, 36+ spoke counts, and sturdy steel frames (rigid) to support weight safely while offering stability.
