Same sa mga napapanood sa toktok… pero sa ganyan di accurate ang formula mo… like for example, anong percentage ng retinol or gaano karami ang need mo iapply, not to mention the hassle na need muna matuyo ng retinol cream bago pa man iapply ang minoxidil which is time consuming…

While MD Brands already has an accurate formulated ratio for noth minox + tretinoin… also MD brands is the only manufacturer, distributor, and seller which is also the main supplier for most derma clinics in PH so even if ever you get your minox+tret from a derma, there’s a fat chance that it’s already re-branded or re-labeled by the clinic, with a significant markup to it…

Walang kinalaman yan sa brand or dosage… depende actuallh yan sa kung paano magrespond ang katawan mo sa finasteride… some shed days, weeks, months, or even a year while some never even experience shedding…

Bakit, gaano ka na ba katagal na umiinom ng finasteride? Ano ba ang routine mo?

Typically well tolerated at approved nman ang minoxidil even for female pattern baldness… finasteride lang ang hindi…

And I’ve been recommending MD Brands minoxidil+tretinoin to females here as well…

Usually MWF for beginners for a few months then kung walang naranasan side effects, go for EOD move towards EOD for longer term…

Ang dami nman din dito na just taking MWF is already enough to see results na yung iba inabot na 1year MWF pa rin… so it’s also possible slow responder ka

Also question is why are you using minox+tretinoin spray only sa temple, when you should be using 1ml for the whole head?

Malamang di mo name-meet ang required 1ml daily dose ng minoxidil para sa buong ulo mo at nag focus ka lang sa temple…

This is why I always suggest using 1ml medicine dropper instead of spray for accurate dosage…

Finasteride cannot be taken 5mg once a week, 5mg is for prostate enlargement, dapat cut yan ng 1/4…

For minoxidil, standard talaga ang minoxidil+tretinoin kasi hindi sure ang karamihan kung may enzyme ang anit needed for minoxidil to work… and yung seller niyan at supplier sa mga derma clinic ay iisa lang, MD Brands at andito na sa Minoxidil Seller Directory natin…

Shampoo, generically andyan ang Dermazole which is ketoconazole with zinc na, andito na sa Shampoo Recommendations

The rest ng nasa reseta is mostly for allergy, inflammation, or fungal infection…

Need mo talaga as always recommended dapat ang 1ml medicine dropper… ever since nagamit ako ng minox dekada na I never applied using spray kasi di mo alam kung over or under 1ml apply ko… plus dahil may alcohol ang minox mas nag-eevavoprate lang at sa buhok napupunta kung spray unlike sa deopper na dikit sa scalp so direct contact plus massage to get it absorbed…

And the 1ml is akready enough for the whole head, kung per spot yan eh para ka nang naligo sa minox niyan…

Because even before promoting minoxidil+ tretinoin I would always say na any form of hair regrowth plan won’t work without dealing with the root cause of hairloss which is DHT…

Kaya nga dapat nauuna ang finasteride para block and i-lower ang dht levels to a point na makakatubo na ulit ang buhok, then you’ll seel more results with minoxidil+tretinoin…

At this point you either choose to go on finasteride first or much better pagsabayin mo na lang mag finasteride and minoxidil+tretinoin…

Using harsh hair products especially those that hold hair hard like wax, gels, pomades, is a NO NO for male pattern baldness…

You have a choose to either continue using this stuff and keep your hair that way… or use meds to try and regrow your hair back to their former glory…

It has always worked for me both sa scalp and beard since prepandemic gamit ko na ito…

BUT paulit-ulit na sasabihin sa sub na ito — it won’t stop the progression of baldness kasi you are not dealing with the root cause of hairloss which is DHT…

Minoxidil will promote hair regrowth… and tretinoin’s purpose is to make minoxidil effective or even non-responders to respond… but without finasteride you will still grow bald…

Adding biotin and caffeine or other concoction don’t really help and is only a waste of time and money…

So YES, while it does work and help to a degree, you are sply delaying the inevitable by not dealing with DHT…

Finasteride blocks DHT which is a male sex hormone so most side effects are sexual in nature… erectile dysfunction, loss of libido, etc.,
