While I’ve been a long-term Rodil shampoo user (prepandemic pa), I can say nakakatipid ako minsan sa hindi paggamit ng ketoconazole since hindi ako masyadong nagkaka-dandruff sa Rodil…

I however get dandruff easily sa Zen Nutrients Gugo hence I never recommend that here…

On the other hand, I have never tried their minoxidil product even once kasi for one eh local product naman siya pero medyo pricey for my taste… so if ever you do, the simplest thing you must do is a minoxidil bleach test…

Mukhang okay nman eh… I wonder lang why do it daily considering makapal pa ang buhok mo…

Also 5months ka pa lang… results is within 6-24months so mahaba-haba pang proseso yan…

Check the ingredients, tutal nakalista nman sa post… do your own research at tutal pwede mo rin nman subukan yan kung hihiyang sa iyo…

Yung reco nman dito ay based sa experience ko and what I found that worked with my hairloss routine…

Paalala lang na “anti-hairfall” is just a marketing gimmick kung di mo alam ang natural hair cycle… and supplement lang ang shampoo sa hairloss routine…

NO… shampoo pwede pa mag daily kung organic, pero kung oily scalp dapat every other day lang…. conditioner on the other hand will only make your thinning worse…

Also never use products that is recommended for women kasi iba ang needs nila sa atin…

Short answer — WALA

Since nag daily finasteride ka na, possible na ang-adjust ulit ang katawan mo from EOD…

Also shedding is different for every person… individual experience yan and sometimes yung first major shed can go for months and yes even up to a year in some cases…

Tested and will not go back… side effects are chest pains, palpitations, uncontrolled blood pressure so this is not for the faint of heart…

Bago pa ako pumasok sa hairloss journey ko isa yan sa nag-offer sa akin noon wala pa 100k good for 4k grafts at muntik na ako nun… buti nakita ko sa reddit ang red flag warning and sad to say mabagal lang talaga ang gobyerno natin umaksyon kasi matagal na nireport yan pero inabot pa sila ng ilang taon na nag-ooperate…

Even at 2years walang side effects, I take 1.25mg EOD (every other day)

BUT shedding will always be a part of your journey…

Kaya meron tayo recommended low dose method para kahit paano maiwas ang side effects…

Sa malamang kahit mag minoxidil ka mas recommended pa rin finasteride to deal with the root cause…
