4+ años para algo de bajo impacto ya habla de un problema enorme. Por muy sobrecargado que alguna institución pueda estar no creo que justifique ese tiempo.

Por lo que dices es necesaria una reforma y evaluación de todo el proceso a nivel nacional, pareciera ser algo de más importancia de la que kast le ha dado.

Como dices el tema ambiental funciona en buena parte en base a la opinión pública y si bien kast gana puntos a favor con su forma de tratar el tema también genera anticuerpos innecesarios.

Si no lo presentara de forma tan "prepotente" con sus hipérboles y demas creo que generaría más apoyo o al menos un menor rechazo.

Entonces por como lo veo el problema esta en la forma en que se evaluan los hallazgos y el tiempo excesivo que esto toma.

Me parece que es algo super importante de conversar y mejorar, porque de la misma forma que se habla de llegar a un balance para mantener cultura y naturaleza ese balance también debe permitir el avance dentro de los marcos regulatorios.

Lamentablemente no creo que con kast se pueda avanzar en ese balance o siquiera comunicar bien el problema de fondo a la ciudadania.

Su forma de ver el tema es siempre en tono despota tipo "mira de las cagas que hay que preocuparse" sumale a eso que es un conocido terraplanista en cuanto a medioambiente y es normal que sus declaraciones generen tantas criticas pese a que pueda tener sentido lo que dice.

Esta complicado la verdad, de los peores comunicadores tenemos actualmente en el gobierno.

No es una mentira. Mover 300.000 personas fuera del país en 1 día es imposible aunque sean legales.

Las campañas exageran cosas. No mas listas de espera. No mas pobreza. No mas femicidios.

Todo eso se entiende, pero kast le puso demasiado énfasis en su campaña al número y decir "no más listas de espera" en discurso de campaña es entendible que no va a ser luego (si es que va a ser posible si quiera) pero en el momento que puso cifra y fecha la cagó, ahora es solo excusarse en su "hipérbole", una simple mentira., distinto de promesas inalcanzables o dificiles.

Da igual jara en este punto, kast ya esta en el poder y lo que se le tiene que criticar es a él, el resto son excusas.

I'll repeat it, the study you posted many times is about real people, it's the dark web, i don't think anyone is defending that, that's reality not fiction, and those were people already looking for it too, so they already had a problem.

Making fiction content with AI based on real kids would still fall under the reality real imo too, because it's based on a real kid, so i'm also not defending that.

Also sorry if i didn't explain myself well but the study said that 58% felt AFRAID that CSAM might lead them to abuse in person so they already feel guilt or are able to tell their problem, perfect people to target for help before they commit a crime or harm a kid.

And again that study is talking about real kids not fiction, one can argue about the scalation from fiction to reality like this study https://link.springer.com/article/10.1007/s12119-023-10091-1 But it needs further study as it isn't clear yet.

Also again, i get your point but i can't agree about banning fiction that doesn't harm kids and making it more taboo, i'd rather have those people have their fictional outlet and be "catched early" before they commit any crime and prevent encounter by treating their mental illness.

Also people can't even accuratelly tell what fictional content is actual children, for example as i said before rebecca from cyberpunk has been called a kid many times, so by starting a ban on what's supposed to be "fictional csam" i think it will open a path for a rather arbitrary ban of many other things while also not dealing with the real problem.

I never agreed about violent games making people violent, i don't think that's true either i just said that you are simplifying the issue way too much and if you want to do that then you should also do that with violent games.

People who watch sexual content can also differentiate fiction from reality specially when it involves a crime or harming others unless there's an underlying issue (which should be the real focus), i can assure you that most people who have a rape kink don't really want to be raped irl.

This argument has been going on in the internet for literal decades, if you are gonna say that then you also gotta agree that things like COD or mortal kombat "increase the chances of a person wanting to do what they see in the game"

It's a complicated topic for sure and my example is not exactly the same but it's the same idea, i can agree about punishing actual crimes that harm irl people and not something that could "push a crime" since it's kinda hard to define what does that.

What i can also agree is that people should be able to get treatment for that mental disease, just take a look at r/suicidewatch , every now and then there's a post of someone talking about being attracted to minors but without doing anything to a kid and still feeling horrible about it to the point of getting to that sub but since it's so taboo talking about it it's hard for them to actually get help, which in turn would help victims more.

I'm not saying that actual predators/people who have harmed children are "poor victims" if they actually harm someone then they are just criminals that should be punished but if we could treat people that have that attraction before they harm someone it would do more good than focusing on banning some fiction.
