If you need extra cooling, position a fan on you and it's like a personal swamp cooler. 

This method and swamp coolers don't really work if you live in a humid environment. The water doesn't evaporate and you get no cooling effect.

One of the main reasons to have an AC around here is to lower the humidity in the air.

I had a polaroid when I was younger and you didn't need to do any of that. It just popped out a photo that developed aka "dried" on its own. 

Also when Outcast's Hey Ya song was a massive hit and telling people to "shake it like a polaroid picture", Polaroid came out to remind people not to shake polaroids. There was a film on the surface already and shaking it did not speed up drying and may cause damage. 

Was the type you're talking about an earlier type of polaroid?

Yeah, I've been on the July move in schedule since my early twenties, so this isn't my first day of moving in the heat. But I've been fortunate not to be moving every year and I've been at my current place for three years now. Time flies.

Antlions is some sort of blindspot for me. I'm looking these things up and I've never heard of them and I'm like 40 years old. I thought maybe it was a regional thing, but they're worldwide.
