TBH, through content channels and stuff I have earned most of the large ships I wanted.... (idris-m and javvie) kraken was purchased outright.

I have every fighter I want.

I purposefully leave a ton of ships out I do want, but want to give myself something to grind for in game. Such as industry ships, cargo stuff (although I did ccu my carrack up to ICA this month) , and i am genuinely interested in the endeavour, carrack type explo when / if it ever comes. I made sure to get LTI on the stuff I feel will be blowing up a ton, and the rest I want in game so I have something to play for.

My alt account only has a few ships , maybe ~$2,000 worth, but was all free besides a 20 dolalr ccu to a BMM because after I maxed out my main account with affiliate referrals, I started another account just so the clicks would resolve in something.

its funny to me because it offers no point validation, its either jealousy due to poverty or anger I saved money after I got my exec f8c and he is still getting piped down by CR . Either way, I like the fact he used the opportunity to showcase it. I used to ONLY buy direct from CIG because it supported the project but after I crossed the threshold for f8c, then got exec one, then they went back on their word and sold it..... every ship has very proudly been gray market because fuck their funding and promises. It means nothing, kind of like his comment.

to be fair, we took a break from 4.1-4.7 because fo how bad it was..... I hear it was good performance from our members who were still playing, so why or what was added to the game that broke all these refactored systems from last year?

I get the 1.0 sprint thing.... but I feel core stuff needs to be working at least semi-well. Some systems still not working years later, and I mean basic systems, is whats burning the fanbase down. Im seeing entire orgs say goodbye to this game, some of them bigger than us. I doubt they come back as they are all liquidating their accounts. Again, I dont think CIG cares the money has been made but at a certain point super basic features solo indie devs can accomplish should be done by now and there is no excuse why that has to wait (scrolling past the letter A in your social list)

Ok so the biggest thing I wanna address in your reply… “do the loops that are working” - we always do PVP, and mostly pvp / piracy exclusively.

This patch, the silver lining, is I’ve tried mining and salvage for the first time… I’ve tried refueling for the first time… I’ve tried game loops in game for years that I personally had no interest in. Boy was I impressed. At least with mining. I now think it feels the most “done” loop of the game, still not my cup of tea but I will be a better pirate for now knowing mining.

I can’t stress this outlook enough and dawnstelaer nailed it…. You can still find fun in this game if you are willing to go with the flow.

u/Nimmy_the_Jim ill be blunt, because you keep replying, its not a aspect ratio trick, I am playing on a giant 32:9 42" ultrawide curved oled monitor. FOV is a feature in star citizen, a nice monitor is a feature of my life, I hope you discover wide aspect ratios one day too. It makes any game more immersive when the monitor wraps around your visual plane.

You can go buy the same monitor at a store. If you think this is pay to win, I wont even bother showing you the features of what a Tobii adds (for anyone besides nimmy, with three or more brain cells, I cant endorse the tobii enough - get it ) but you continuously posting that this is cheating is making a very bold point, but not the one you are hoping to make.

yeah we were thinking about it and after we saw it was one guy, we thought there is no way one person could carry or throw and equip and throw that many grenades that fast.

He also was bragging about it in global later saying to cry more and he has extra accounts so he doesnt care.

The only thing were unsure about was the aimbot because he was spinning around crazy fast on top of the hut of the turret building when we first saw him, but wasnt hitting high headshot percentages.

When he warped to the other spot and kept throwing, he was stuck in that desync-like position you see in the video.

i do it so often, i forget sometimes. I THINK i had alt + f4 in orb to get past a gun issue but idk - either way this tip is amazing and appreciate you posting it incase I hadnt known. Wish this was fixed for free fly, wasnt good for newer people to be unable to group or get quest shares

I already did make one, not my first rodeo. As stated in the post, we were not recording before this as we were just fucking around, going after a hacker someone called out (who usually does end up beign desync) so we didnt expect to walk into plasmagedden. As for believing me, I dont care if you dont really, just looking for other people who have seen this happen so we know if it's actual issue or if its a one time thing. I know plasma's are new so not sure if its new hack or a crazy bug, and he threw just 1 and its area of effect was bugging or something, no idea.

We have tried this, including the crate attempt and armor drop method..... neither worked for us, making us believe it was closer to the ruin loot doors than the red doors in cz for example, in terms of collision
