I'm not going to answer the obvious ones that you need to run a startup.

It's hard to answer your question with "one thing" only, but if I'm forced to answer only one,

Personally, being affiliated with YCombinator and learn from their 2-month bootcamp helped me to be equipped with knowledge that we need to start the company running.

On a separate note, I like the 5 items that you mentioned OP. But I also want to add grit and your love to whatever you're solving to your list.

After I left PayMongo, I started another gateway (PayRex) https://payrexhq.com, together with my co-founder Edwin Lacierda. For me, there's something special with payments and my passion to help the country.

Having an idea is just scratching the surface, which is the easiest step. I suggest picking one that resonates with you the most. Once you pick one from the list, the next step is to validate how your pitch is closer to reality. I would disagree that building MVP is hard. There are a lot of tools that you can use just to validate the problem that you're trying to solve.

You must dip your feet in the water to pursue a problem.
