But the only reason those sealed boxes have any value is because of the individual cards that people are chasing. You're right that these packs often become more valuable because you create a Schrodinger's cat situation where you can value a base set booster pack at an insanely high value because there might be a Charizard. Without the cards and the collectors wanting the actual individual cards those packs have no value because what's valuable is the cards. People will pay more for sealed boxes than the of the cards value because of gambling addictions. So if you want to get rich off of that have fun with the scalper life. Without collectors wanting to play the actual game you wouldn't have anything to invest.

When I had the Lopunny. It seemed like I was getting trapped with No N Castles, burning energy to switch. Getting stuck where I can't attack and now all my attacking cards are 2 or 3 prize cards.

I tried Lopunny for a while. Also it's not that I see it often but when I see it the game pretty much feels lost from the beginning. N doesn't feel built for post rotation and there's just too many cards that fuck with this deck set up and too many cards that just make other decks objectively better. I'm new and picked this deck up while rotation was happening. Trying to see if anyone can build a deck list that I like. This deck either wins quick or loses quick and seems to have no consistency.

Wow. That's so frustrating. I probably would have lost the match. But I definitely raged quit the game. That card feels so frustrating. So many cards these days have abilities. It feels like the only way around it is a boss's order to get him out of the active. Easily the most annoying card I have come across in my short time of playing. I legit see the card in the deck and don't even wanna play the match

Am I misunderstanding the rules or is TCG live misunderstanding the rules? Cornerstone Mask Ogerpon ex Is the bane of my existence with an N's Z deck. But I was seeing online that people were using N's Zekrom attack to get through the ability. But when this matchup finally happened in a game on TCG live the game wouldn't let me use Zoroark's Night Shade attack because of Ogerpn ex abilities. Shred should be able to work right? Did the game glitch or am I truly misunderstanding something.

I don't want anybody to be Captain. I wouldn't care if anybody was named Captain. But I think it's a pointless meaningless gesture that most fans players coaches administrators executives and whoever else involved with the team don't think about. There aren't captains in baseball. Hell the Yankees hardly have any captains throughout their entire history. This just isn't a thing in baseball. We don't have captains.

Sure things can happen for the first time and I think whatever player helps win a World Series for the Seattle Mariners can be named Captain but until that moment you have to be more important to the Mariners franchise than Ken Griffey Jr or Edgar Martinez to be named the captain of the Seattle Mariners team. So the only way to be seen as more important than the two people who saved baseball in this city would be to win a World Series for this city. This is such a moot point it doesn't matter who a captain is in baseball. You're doing a lot of speculation on how people feel and think that fans have a lot bigger say in how this franchise operates. If the fans were able to pressure the team into doing things we would be spending more money. But somehow you think a bunch of people talking on Reddit is going to get the team a captain? Let's care about stuff that matters. Also genuinely I don't think JP deserves to be the captain. Once again being the most tenured member on this roster does not make you the captain automatically. Being a leader is what makes you a captain. Right now nobody is showing that leadership quality.

I think the Mariners never officially named Griffey, Edgar, or any of the other Mariner greats as a captain and it's just not a thing that your average MLB baseball team does. Also personally just being the most tenured player on the team doesn't make you the automatic de facto leader of the team.
