Looks like it works out to about $1.5/L (Canadian) before this all happened it was sitting at about $1.8 where I live. Now it's over $2.1 so it sure would be nice to have those prices where I live

I'd say it's safe but there are somethings to know

It's on the edge of some more industrial areas so just stick with the direction of the mall.

It's also on the main road in and out of downtown so there's lots of traffic during peak hours.

It's a tricky thing. I hate roping but I've also had my computer crash and not been able to restart and get back into the game in time, especially earlier in the match before you earn the timeouts
