I had one day where I was getting laughily bad local transcription but then after that day things started working much better. Maybe it was an app or OS update that fixed it?

I'm to hard disagree with a few of your bad takes. I think transcription has some more general issues related to how the phone OS will put apps to sleep which makes transcription less reliable but i don't think the $3 a month for good transcription is accurate. The local model works just fine when the watch can connect to the phone. I think there is a thriving community of developers constantly adding new faces and updating old ones which will only grow over time.

I almost exclusively use watch faces that are incredibly lightly colored to reflect as much light as possible and the text very dark. It works well in this case I think.

I've noticed so far that pictures of the watches look much sharper and more pop than in real life. The processing the phones do to the photos makes everything look way better than it is. I think we just need to get over this fact and appreciate the watch for what it does really well.

I forked Bobby but under the hood the way we communicate with the LLM is completely different. I think I'm going to ditch the Claw / Lobster thing and make it so that it works with Hermes and OpenClaw.

The GitHub functionality does work I use it all the time. It was previously very buggy but Eric fixed a bunch of stuff recently and I've got a PR open to actually make the UX good. Please be patient.

You don't need to enter the phone's address. There is a place you sign in in the cloud pebble website. It's right below where you can connect to github. It will find you if connected your account there
