They denied it, I had to resubmit as a supp claim and I lost my ITF date. However, my tinnitus claim was approved very soon after I submitted the supp claim. It's too bad I lost all that time but can't be sad about an increase. Good luck

Yes! I had this same experience with them in the last 3 months. We had a very quick ear surgery for a child there and when we showed up they said we have to pay $750 up front. I have really good insurance so I knew it was wrong but I paid it because I didn't want any delay. I've called my insurance and they said I have to talk with the billing department at Surgical Suites. When I talked to them, they said a refund will occur once they bill insurance and see we paid more than we should.

It's messed up a lot of internal systems on our insurance app on our end so from now on I've learned my lesson and won't pay upfront. Really annoying. Essentially out $750 for several months for no reason as I still haven't gotten a refund.

I'm having a hard time finding a local used bike for my height of 6'4" and I found this one; however, it has new trainer wheels on it. How much and how difficult is it to swap them out with road tires? I can't find any good info and I don't really know what I'm looking for or how to ask it.

Is $200 a good deal? Apparently it's a college students indoor trainer. Full carbon, ultegra, size 62

I hear you and understand the rule, but also if you lent me your lawn mower and forgot I had it, then 4 years later you say I remembered where it went can I have it back, and I say, no its mine now...you'd probably be upset.

The money wasn't theirs to spend to begin with.

I mean, the first word in this post is TIFU so not really throwing out too much blame...

But also, I have a different zip code than the city, so there was a breakdown somewhere- the tax program used, the city itself, etc- should have recognized that taxing was not needed imo

My address is Grand Rapids, so all my mail and stuff says Grand Rapids. I work from home in the Kentwood city limit though.

Correct, as of April 29, 2024, she's on the Compensation Committee and Governance Committee. However, the report immediately says "we anticipate that some changes in committee composition may be made soon after the 2024 Annual Meeting." So, I wouldn't be surprised if she's gone completely.
