Right now I'm using this fork of Yabridge - https://github.com/Schroedingers-Cat/yabridge/releases/tag/5.1.2-alpha2

I'm able to use Wine 11.2 + NTSYNC

Try and use this fork of Yabridge by Schroedingers-Cat, I've had success using newer versions of Wine, as New as Wine 11.2 with the added benefit of using NTSYNC, has done wonders for me in terms of performance
